The side access to the house had started to break up, and the plantings had overgrown into the passage way. It was agreed that the area would be opened up, with more open fencing to increase the light available.

The area of paving to the rear of the property also needed to be replaced. The patio has been re-laid and a low retaining wall built. The lawn has been raised and re-laid and separated from the wall with a gravel strip, to ensure easy maintenance for the owners.
